Delivery of Parcels

We understand that when you place an order you want your parcel to be delivered without delay. Once your order is received dispatch will be the same day or the the next working day, at the latest. When we refer to working days we mean Monday to Friday, (excluding bank holidays). Orders to Northern Ireland, areas of Scotland and islands off the U.K. mainland may incur additional delivery times than those specified below and will be dependent on your postcode.

Standard Delivery via Evri (signed for) - £5.50

Orders are usually sent via Evri 3-5 day with delivery signature. We do sometimes use other couriers at our discretion.

Priority Delivery - £8.95

Priority Delivery is a service available to most parts of the U.K. This service is usually sent via Evri next day with delivery signature.  We may use other services offering a 24 hour delivery service at our discretion. 

Priority Delivery orders will be dispatched the same day the order is received providing we receive the order before 2pm. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Click and Collect - FREE - Local Orders Only

This is a free service that we offer to local areas for people should they want to order online and then collect in store.  Our opening times are between the hours of 10.00 and 17.00 and we will reserve and hold for you - this will be ready once you have had an order confirmation email stating it is ready for collection.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - £12.00

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery orders are available to most parts of the U.K. on orders placed before 2pm. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will not be shipped until the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).  This is for all orders which require the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). 

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery - £15.00

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery orders are available to most parts of the U.K. on orders placed before 2pm placed on a Friday.
